I have a SHIMA – A2B bike and my battery does not respond. I live in Montreal – Canada. I want to recover my bike. Do you have a representative in this city? If not, as is the process to send my battery for reconstruction.

I have an older A2B and it is working fine. I just have the banana battery but would like to purchase the slide on rear battery and can find them anywhere.
My number imprinted in the bike is : F909F2069 and am only guessing that the battery is 36 volt / 9 Amp Hr. And the engine is a 500 watt – again guessing at this point. To help with the age the key is down low on the frame ( in the way when you climb on)

Hello I bought an A2B Metro from facebay without realising thay they had taken the original battery from the frame and wired a car battery to it I was wondering how much you guys will charge for a battery that goes in the frame thanks
