Pedego Battery Replacement

Are you having an issue with your Pedego e-bike? Is your model no longer supported by Pedego? We're here to help! Allow one of our experienced technicians get your old battery taken care of and potentially provide an upgrade for you in the process!

For the City Commuter or Interceptor style batteries, Pedego labels them as 48V but they are actually built as 52V. If your charger has an output voltage of 58.8V, you have a 52V battery and you need to purchase the 52V rebuild version from us.

Submitting payment online reserves your spot in our production line. You still need to send the battery and charger in using our Battery Intake Form so we can service your rebuild.   

These are battery rebuilds only, the bike is not included in our battery refill service. Simply mail in any equipment that came with your battery as well as the charger. From there we will test the battery to see its current condition but the charger is needed in the testing process. After we receive it, we will send you a 100% tested Refilled Higher Capacity Battery Pack to you.

Every battery comes with a 1 Year Warranty !!!
