Faraday Battery
Our service includes replacing old, failed battery cells with high-quality grade-A cells. Please note that this is a battery rebuild service only and does not include the bike. Please mail in all equipment that came with your battery, including the charger. We will test the battery's current condition, which requires the charger. After receiving your materials, we will send you a fully tested and refilled higher-capacity battery pack.
These battery packs are OEM equipment utilized on the majority of Faraday e-bike models, such as the Cortland's or Porteur's.
Submitting payment online reserves your spot in our production line. You are still required to send the battery and charger, along with our Battery Intake Form, so we can service your rebuild at our facility.
Your rebuilt battery includes a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty.
