That's why we offer our rebuild service! Send in your battery, we replace all of the cells while re-using your case (so it's guaranteed to fit back in your bike), and send it back to you! Often, we can upgrade the capacity to give you longer ride time as well!
Here's the popular TranzX BL17 model battery that's used on iZip E3 Dash, E3 Peak, and E3 Sumo model bikes, along with the Raleigh Tekoa, Route, and Misceo, among others. It fits on the downtube. We can upgrade these from 417 Wh to 504 Wh with our 10.5 Ah rebuild.
This is the TranzX BL07, a rear rack model, that Raleigh used on some of their electric bikes like the Retroglide, Superbe, and Sprint. We can also upgrade these up to 14 Ah using our rebuild service.

I too have a tranzXbsttery powered bike the rear pullout handle version it has also died . These seem very expensive to replace. What is an estimate for a cell replacement job. just appreciate and approximate estimate as getting on that site of yours for price is difficult! I just want to know if it’s worth doing or I have to write off a £1300 bike
@Peter – The easiest check at home is to measure the voltage of the battery with a volt meter.

We have put it on charge after a a couple of years of no use and we have no lights to confirm charging and is there a way of checking? Does this mean it wont/ or can not charge. To replace is high so what is the cost of a rebuild, and the time scale.
