That's why we offer our rebuild service! Send in your battery, we replace all of the cells while re-using your case (so it's guaranteed to fit back in your bike), and send it back to you! Often, we can upgrade the capacity to give you longer ride time as well!
Here's the popular TranzX BL17 model battery that's used on iZip E3 Dash, E3 Peak, and E3 Sumo model bikes, along with the Raleigh Tekoa, Route, and Misceo, among others. It fits on the downtube. We can upgrade these from 417 Wh to 504 Wh with our 10.5 Ah rebuild.
This is the TranzX BL07, a rear rack model, that Raleigh used on some of their electric bikes like the Retroglide, Superbe, and Sprint. We can also upgrade these up to 14 Ah using our rebuild service.

I have Raleigh ebike with 48V TranzX battery.
It will not charge, I left it for winter in the garage and it is not working, it was very seldom used, about 50 times recharged and discharged. The bike is like new, can you restart the battery for me?

Hey I have a Tranz X BL07 36V 8.8ah battery which I think may not be working anymore and I am not too sure how I can check this. I may need a new battery or even a rebuild? How much would this cost?
@Martin – We are not current rebuilding BL-19 model batteries, but we may in the future.
My TranzX BL19 battery on my Raleigh Strada has been unreliable and yesterday packed up completely I’m told a replacement will cost £495. Can you repair and how much. Do you guarantee the work?
