We are able to rebuild Vilano batteries, but this is at your own request as we recommend contacting your local Vilano dealer as these batteries are still being manufactured. We are certainly willing to work with you if you want to replace your old cells with brand new ones if you don't want to purchase a whole pack. Please send in your charger if you would like us to rebuild your battery for any Vilano E-bike using our Battery Intake Form. We also have options to upgrade your battery capacity, depending on the model, for increased range.

Send us your original Vilano Battery Pack, and it will fit perfectly. we can replace a worn-out battery, or you can carry one as a spare in case you want to extend your range of have a backup if your current battery fails.

Submitting payment online reserves your spot in our production line. You still need to send the battery and charger in using our Battery Intake Form so we can service your rebuild.
